USCOEGA graduate, Umar Usman wins big at the world chemistry competition

Umar Usman Dagon, an indigene of Gashua town of Yobe state, has been celebrated for his win in a competition he took part in. Umar participated in the “Imaginechemistry”¬†competition and made it to the top five candidates that appeared in the final round.

The Chemistry Education graduate of Umar Suleiman college of education, Yobe state, represented Nigeria at the World Chemistry competition and beat candidates from many other competing countries to secure the second position and won the sum of 400,000 dollars.
